Senta V. Greene, MA, CCLSSenta Greene is the Founder, CEO and Chief Consultant of Full Circle: A Professional Consulting Agency™. She is a dynamic, well known, respected, and highly sought consultant at the local, state, and national levels for her leadership and exemplary work in training and technical assistance in the fields of Early Care and Education, Special Education and Child Life which she has served as a practitioner, early interventionist, author, consultant, trainer, Instructor, and administrator.

For over fifteen years, Senta's professional depth, expertise, and life experiences have been seen and felt in a variety of settings and capacities including hospitals, family homes, training venues, Early Head Starts/Head Starts, school districts, Institutes of Higher Education, and other educational programs. These experiences have led to the delivery of over 500 ground breaking presentations and trainings specifically designed to support the ongoing growth of staff in meeting the complex needs of children, youth and families from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

Ms. Greene uses a relationship based approach in working with adults and children where individuals are honored and the pursuit of knowledge and quality life experiences are not only recognized, but confirmed. Through her interactions, she inspires both adults and children to reach above their own expectations, think outside the box, engage in critical dialogues to promote indidviual and group learning, and to make a difference in their own lives. A central component of Senta's work is supporting families' access to individualized care and high quality educational experiences for their children through developmental plans, responsive curriculum, and psychosocial support. She often goes directly into the classroom, hospital,or home to model and/or provide direct, hands-on intervention strategies on behalf of teachers, children, and families.

In addition to leading seminars and trainings, Senta lends her knowledge and expertise to several other areas including college teaching and state and nationwide projects. As part-time faculty at California State University, Northridge (CSUN) and senior adjunct faculty at Pacific Oaks College, Ms. Greene teaches specialized courses in Child and Adolescent Development, Special Education, and Human Development with an emphasis in bicultural development and cultural proficiency, children's coping and resiliency, principles of adult learning, early literacy, family partnerships, administration-supervision, effective intelligence and leadership, systems thinking and change, and classroom modifications.

Ms. Greene's deep commitment to excellence and advocacy has been recognized in multiple arenas. She is the recipient of several prestigious awards including the 2005 Distinguished Teaching Award at CSUN and the 2004 San Fernando Valley Business Journal Award. Senta has been featured in the media as an expert panelist and advocate for the educational advancement of young children and college students including testifying before the United States Congress, appearing on a cable show entitled Kids Talk!, and the WestEd/california Department of Education Infant-Toddler live broadcast.

Senta continues to captivate audiences, impact family systems, and create ripples of change in a multitude of settings with her deep commitment and passion for children and families.
