MEET THE CONSULTANTS:

Stephanie Hopkinson is the lead consultant for Full Circle: A Professional Consulting Agency™. She has an extensive background as a dynamic Child Life Specialist, trainer, and lecturer. As a result of these experiences, Stephanie brings a distinct presence and knowledge base in working with children, youth and their families in a variety of settings and capacities. As an accomplished Child Life Specialist at both Yale-New Haven Children’s Hospital and Children's Hospital Los Angeles, Ms. Hopkinson has provided leadership to the field of child life in serving children, adolescents and their families with a wide range of diagnoses including cancer, cystic fibrosis, HIV/AIDS, and sickle cell disease. In addition to her direct work with children and families, she holds leadership positions at the local and national levels including her past role as the Child Life Internship Coordinator at Children's Hospital Los Angeles in which she collaborated with several Institutes of Higher Education as well as her position as the Chair of the Education Committee for the Child Life Council.

Ms. Hopkinson is Senior Adjunct Faculty at Pacific Oaks College and teaches specialized courses in Bicultural Identity Development as well as Communication and the Life Cycle. She also lends her expertise in statewide projects such as the California Family Partnership Initiative, which is dedicated to advancing family partnerships under the philosophy of family-centered practices. Ms. Hopkinson has delivered a plethora of innovative presentations and trainings on the topic of Leadership Development and Reflective Supervision including a keynote address for the Department of Child and Adolescent Development at California State University Northridge entitled, Legacies in Leadership. As an established trainer Stephanie continues to receive notoriety for her gifts and talents especially her ability to challenge, inspire, and motivate others.
